The following is a memo sent to all NKESC staff on July 13, 2006:

Dear All NKESC:
I sent you a letter as of July 1st explaining the HR Portal and the opportunity to access the practice site. Unfortunately, the site did not become operational for everyone until today. I sincerely apologize for the mistake. I should not have sent the letter out until I was sure that the test site was operational for everyone. This was my fault and I know this was a frustration to many of you. The HR Portal practice site should now be operational for all of you. Your logon and password for the test site will remain your last name and initials. For those of you who have requested a different password, we will change your password for the live site only. I will notify you as soon as the live site is operational for everyone. Feel free to contact me with questions and concerns that you have. Again, I am sorry for the mistake. It was my error and not a system error.
