The following is a memo to all NKESC staff from September 6, 2006:
Hello.
We have received many calls asking how to enter Monday (Labor Day) in your daily logs. The answer is---you delete Monday entirely! Delete any day/holiday the Service Center is closed except school closings.
Also: Kurt asks that when filling out an expense voucher, do not put a formula into an "amount" line, i.e. 103 x .445 when figuring mileage. Only put the amount in an "amount" line.
