2007-2008 HR Portal Calendar

Dear NKESC Staff:
The 2007-2008 calendar is now available on the HR Portal. You can
now go into the calendar on the Portal and create your personal
calendar for submission to your supervisor. The 2007-2008 calendar
will become active July 1. I want to remind you that your calendar
needs to begin July 1st 2007, and end June 30th, 2008. This
calendar is only for your yearly contract. You are not to put any
work days for ESY or supplemental contracts into the calendar. Both
the 9 month and the 12 month calendars are on the website. We will
continue to add district calendars to the website as they become
available to us. We have scheduled an MIS training in Colby for
August 8th. Any certified staff that chooses to attend that
training may use that day as a work day for their 188 day calendar.
Certified Special Education staff who have signed up to attend the
Conscious Discipline workshop on August 9th and 10th may also make
those two days part of their 188 day calendar. Any other deviation
from a standard calendar must be approved by your administrative
supervisor. Thank you.
