Early Childhood Coordinating Council

The Local Interagency Coordinating Council’s role is to advise and assist in the delivery of services to preschool children (birth through age 5) with special needs within the Northwest Kansas area.  Early childhood service providers (including but not limited to:  Smart Start, Head Start, Mental Health, Parents as Teachers, Community Preschools, Children and Family Services, County Health, etc.) work together to ensure a comprehensive approach to early intervention services.
